    Abstract
The Midlands Population Health Management Academy was part of a programme of support, commissioned by NHS England and NHS Improvement (Midlands) working in partnership with the Local Government Association and Public Health England. The Programme ran from March 2019 to March 2020. It was designed to help Sustainability and Transformation Partnerships and Integrated Care Systems embed population health management (PHM) practices. The programme was provided by a multi-disciplinary partnership led by the Strategy Unit (NHS Midlands and Lancashire Commissioning Support Unit), including the Oxford Centre for Triple Value Healthcare, Dartmouth Institute, the Health Services Management Centre (University of Birmingham), Milliman and others
