dc.description.abstract	Gerontophilia describes a specific sexual inclination towards the elderly and may at times explain the sadistic attacks made upon them. The case of a homosexual gerontophile who was engaging in assaulting old men is reported here. An attempt has been made at understanding his offending behaviour and possible treatment options proposed.
