dc.description.abstractPolicymaking and the care of people with schizophrenia are still recovering from the shock of the arrival of a more objective way of appraising the best available evidence. It is still early days. There are several directions that practice and policy could go and there are indications that the rebuilding is not the same as what has gone before. After the earthquake we should be able to build more wisely.
